Jeremy came to our RV at Biloxi Bay RV the day after we called him. Our basically new momentum's Onan generator never worked right. The dealer sent us to a local generator repair shop but it only worked while we were at the shop. As soon as we hit the road it stopped working.

Jeremy found two problems, fixed them both in about 90 minutes. Generator is now running perfectly.

Expert service. He came out on time, diagnosed the issue quickly. My starter had gone out on my Class A RV Generator. He removed it, sourced a local rebuilder and had my starter fully rebuilt and functional, installed and working in 2 days. He also spent many hours unpaid correcting bad wiring from a previous owner. We were beyond pleased.

Jesse with On-Site Generator Services was GREAT. My family and are from the Northwest and travel full time and I had been having issues with my generator for weeks with it firing up then sputtering out a few seconds later. After changing the oil and cleaning out some of the carburetor parts myself, it still wouldn't run. Through all the videos I watched I didn't know what else to do. I was referred to Jesse as he is the Generator EXPERT, and they were right.

After a call to Jesse, he was at my motorhome two hours later (I called him at the perfect timing). He did all the things I did in regards to cleaning the carburetor with no luck. At that point he knew exactly where to go, the control board. He had a control board on hand and with the new one installed the generator fired right up. He was extremely friendly, polite, and his customer service was THE BEST I've had on our trip the last 6 months. He is very reasonably priced and I would ONLY recommend Jesse for any Generator work.

My family and I had some generator problems with our RV. Called On Site and Jessie answered. Our Onan product was one that is tough to work on and he gave us excellent feedback and customer service over the phone to help troubleshoot the problem. He even gave us safe travel blessings for the rest of our trip. Very professional!! Awesome

Called him on Friday evening and he was here on Monday. Right when he said he would be. Told him the problem and he knew exactly what was wrong. Had it fixed and running in an hour. Great personality. Easy to talk to. Great workmanship. Best of all he fixed it and gave me a really fair price. Won't go to anyone else for generator service again. Also going to change and hire him to do my preventative maintenance on my home generator.

I experienced true joy today, having phoned On-Site Generator Service early morning for HELP. I've been needing help with 3 weeks of being told to wait by other services. On-Site Specialist replied by giving me an end of his work schedule the same day of the call. God sent him.

Called this morning and Jessie was here within an hour. Serviced the generator on the RV. Was very honest. Will use him again if needed.
